Year Group Eligibility
Our students are placed in Year Groups based on their age, mirroring the UK system. This
means children aged five (before 31st August of each academic year) join us in Year 1, children aged six join us in Year 2, and so on. From Year 3 upwards, if children are moving to Al Rabeeh Academy from other schools, continuation of study will be taken into consideration to ensure they are placed in the correct Year Group.

Admissions Process
As part of the admissions process, you will be able to tour the school and meet some of our
team. Your child will take an assessment to ensure we can meet their needs and offer them
the right blend of challenge and support.

Examination Feess Process
Please note that the entry cost of external examinations is the sole responsibility of parents. During secondary examination years, we will provide specific information about the cost of each exam paper and the deadline for every exam entry, which is set directly by the UK exam boards.
